Hassle Free Returns in USA (Not Valid On Wholesale Purchases)

If you find you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, or you received a wrong or damaged product, simply send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and any gift wrap charges). No question asked.

  • Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refundable.

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

  • To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened and unused condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or used goods.

    Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. If the item is not excessively used, you’ll get a full refund, otherwise, a partial refund will be issued.

  • Due to the importance of maintaining hygiene and health standards, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for body oil and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, you’ll receive a full refund right away. If it has already been shipped out, you’ll receive a refund after we receive the products back from you.

We will process your returns as quickly as possible and notify you via email once the refund, replacement, or exchange is processed. If you need to change your shipping or billing address, kindly notify us (Perfumelegant Inc.) before requesting any replacements or exchanges. If there’s no need to change the address, we shall send all replacements/exchanges to the address on file.

Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your refund, replacement, or exchange to be processed. Afterward, your payment will be refunded via the original payment method as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after processing. Please note that delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.
